Maybe I owe it to my parents for naming me Bijou, which means “precious little gem” or “trinket” in French. My name must have planted within me the idea that my life was to be treasured. For many years, I’ve worked to ensure that I understand this on a cellular level. Why? Because the people I meet who have forgotten this important fact are unhappy and unhealthy. 

Have you forgotten that you are a masterpiece in the making and that your story and gifts are important to the planet? This world makes it easy to forget life’s meaning, its extraordinariness. I’m here to help you remember this truth, and remember your true self.

Living an incredible life is not a rare ability designated for a special few. The consciousness and bravery needed to live the most epic version of your life are fundamental aspects of being human. While most of us have become too distracted and fearful to access these important tools, I know we can all harness them again through desire, determination, and plant medicine work. 

We just have to remember. 

To create is to bring something beautiful into existence, be it our businesses, relationships, or art. We are all invited to be profoundly and authentically creative as we recreate our experience of reality and compost the outdated ways we were taught to perceive ourselves and the world.

The stories and data we collect are keys to the most profound human experience. Shifting to consciously creating and receiving rather than un-consciously reacting and consuming transforms us to the core. I would be honored to guide you in learning how to open to the practice of paying attention differently. Like refining our sensitivity towards the more subtle cues from our bodies and intuitions. Noticing what turns us on and shuts us down. Noticing what feelings and desires arise and where they lead us. One single conscious choice at a time, our entire life becomes a form of self-expression. 

You exist as a creative being in a creative universe. Your authentic expression can become a truly wondrous work of art, a precious gem. And I would love to support you in excavating it, polishing it, and sharing it with the world.
